Sasquatch! Music Festival is the latest to hitch itself onto the Outkast takeover train! The west coast festival has just announced its summer lineup, which has now been expanded over two holiday weekends – May 23-25 and July 4-6. Each weekend has a different lineup, with Outkast headlining on Memorial Day weekend and local band Soundgarden for Independence Day. Sasquatch! boasts one of the strongest lineups yet, with major acts like M.I.A., Queens of the Stone Age, Major Lazer, Frank Ocean, Robyn, Broken Bells, Ryan Hemsworth and more.

Music Bite: Coachella Announces 2014 Festival Dates

Coachella is arguably the biggest and most-talked about music festival in the world, so it comes as no surprise that promoters are already gearing up for its 2014 edition!

According to SPIN, the festival dates for 2014 will be another two-weekend music party: from April 11 to 13, and then April 18 to 20. Advance tickets will go on sale this Friday (May 24) at 10 a.m. on Coachella’s official website.

As for future headliners – Daft Punk anyone…..?

Over the past few years, Coachella has turned into the modern-day Woodstock – with attendees wearing flower headdresses, flowing skirts and bare feet. Thankfully there were more celebrities who rocked their unique modern style rather than embracing the ubiquitous ’70s wild child theme.

Music Bite: Jay-Z’s ‘Made In America’ Festival Back For Round Two This Summer

After a massive turnout last summer, Jay-Z is bringing back his Made in American festival to Philadelphia. The festival, which will take place on August 31-September 1, will return to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

The official lineup will be announced on April 10 via Spotify, so stay tuned!

Not Another Festival Lineup! Nine Inch Nails, The Killers, Phoenix To Headline Lollapalooza 2013

And the summer music festival lineups just keep on coming….

The latest one comes from Lollapalooza, whose promoters have confirmed the lineup that was leaked last week.

Friday’s headliners are Nine Inch Nails and The Killers. On Saturday, Mumford and Sons and The Postal Service will grace the stage. Closing out the festival will be legendary bands The Cure and Phoenix.

Other performers include Vampire Weekend, Kendrick Lamar, Theophilus London, Jessie Ware, New Order, Queens of the Stone Age, Crystal Castles, Icona Pop, Major Lazer, Skrillex, Cat Power, Wavves, Grizzly Bear, Beach House, The Lumineers, Azealia Banks and many, many more.

The 3-day festival will take place from August 2-4 at Chicago’s Grant Park.

Reading and Leeds, one of the most historic international music festivals, has just announced their 2013 preliminary lineup!

Acts like Green Day, Eminem and serve as headliners for the UK music festivals. Other acts include Deftones, Chase & Status, Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, Major Lazer, A$AP Rocky, Foals, Azealia Banks, The Lumineers, Knife Party, Baauer, Brand New, Skrillex and more!

The Reeding and Leeds festivals will simultaneously take place on August 23-25 on Little John’s Farm (Reading) and Bramham Park (Leeds).
