Azealia Banks continues to take influence from Vogue culture and ’90’s house music with her latest song, “Count Contessa.” The rapper puts on a faux-British accent that pairs well with the smooth and luxurious production.
The song is the first cut off Banks’ forthcoming mixtape Fantasea II: The Second Wave – the sequel to last year’s fan favorite Fantasea. It is set to drop on July 11, 2014. While all that is happening, there’s still no release date for Banks’ actual debut album Broke With Expensive Taste. Someone please help her with PR!

Last weekend at Glastonbury, Azealia Banks performed her new single “ATM Jam” and now the track finally made it to radio! The Pharrell-assisted song is truly a jam and definitely can be a contender for song of the summer – thanks to the Skateboard P’s cool, calm & collected hook and its Thriller-esque sonic effects. Look out for Azealia Banks’ debut album Broke With Expensive Taste coming later this year.

After shaking up the scene with her angsty single “Yung Rapunxel”, Azealia Banks now has some serious visuals to back it up.
The video, shot by Jam Sutton, is completely surreal with the rapper existing in a hypperealistic world. Her confident and menacing lyrical flow only heightens the dark video.

In the midst of all her Twitter rants, Azealia Banks found some time to release a new track “Yung Rapunxel”. No word if the dark, metal-inspired track will be featured on her debut album Broke With Expensive Taste. Banks posted the lyrics to her Tumblr page here.

With the mass craze dominating the web that is the “Harlem Shake” (the 30-second dance meme video set to Baauer’s track), it was only a matter of time when a rapper would hop on the infectious track.
Harlem native Azealia Banks released her remix version of “Harlem Shake” and spits some crazed bars.
