In the wake of their upcoming album release, a new tune from Arctic Monkeys has surfaced. Titled “Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High?”, the song follows previous releases “R U Mine?”“Do I Wanna Know?” and “2013.” The track has a slight R&B-tinge and continues the band’s current trend of simplistic, laid-back production and straight-to-the-point lyricism, which is working just fine. Look out for their forthcoming fifth album AM on September 10.
