As promised, here is part two of my (long overdue) jam-packed post of all the latest Pre-Fall ’12 collections!
Enjoy them below!
Band of Outsiders
This collection is classic Band of Outsiders – very “boy meets girl” timeless menswear-inspired pieces with a touch of feminine chic. It is also incredibly wearable; I would be surprised if buyers don’t eat this up!
Giles’s collection embodies the vintage style of its London roots, which is posh, tailored and saucy. But it interjections of colorful prints saves it from becoming too serious.
This is one of my favorite collections from Prabal Gurung so far. With inspiration stemming from the “muddy” India, the looks are clean, focused, sexy, feminine, modern and edgy all in one!
While I respect Alber Elbaz, I do think he is slowly becoming repetitive and – dare I say – uninspiring. His recent collection unfortunately justifies this. I hope he can bring it in the upcoming Fall ’13 shows.
The clothes are unflattering, boxy and oversized – yet I cannot stop gazing at each look. That is the power of Phoebe Philo for Celine. Sleek yet cool, the 90s-esque collection embodies the women who put the least effort into their looks yet still manage to look the best. Lucky…
